Mel B's ex-nanny claims she had sex with star 'multiple times a week' in explosive legal document

Mel B’s former nanny has lifted the lid on her bizarre relationship with the former Spice Girl and estranged husband Stephen Belafonte in an explosive legal document, claiming that she and Mel had sex “multiple times a week”.

Lorraine Gilles, 26, has said that Mel also acted as the “camera man” when she told Lorraine to sleep with Stephen, admitting that the filmed sex sessions made her feel “very uncomfortable”.

Lorraine has filed a 128-page lawsuit against Mel after the former X Factor judge alleged that Lorraine had an affair with Stephen behind her back and aborted his baby after she fell pregnant.

Lorraine has denied that the baby she was carrying was Stephen’s.

The nanny’s legal team made the decision to release her paperwork in a bid to clear her name after she was faced with a barrage of abuse from Mel’s fans, dubbing her a “homewrecker”.

In the papers, Lorraine states: “My sexual and employment relationship with Melanie continued for approximately seven years until September 2016.

“During my time with Melanie, she and I had sex sporadically, sometimes having sex multiple times in a week.

“On the other hand I never had any sexual relations with Stephen without Melanie’s instruction and without Melanie’s actual or apparent consent.

“At no point did I represent to Melanie that I was pregnant with Stephen’s child.

“The only times Stephen and I had sex was when Melanie instructed Stephen and I to do so. Or when Melanie herself invited her husband to join us in the bedroom, at which point Melanie would often serve as the ‘camera man’ and record the sexual encounter or take part in the menage a trois herself.”

Lorraine, who now works as a waitress, continues: “I have been actively trying to move past my time and relationship with Melanie. I simply wish that she shows me the same respect I’ve shown her over the past seven years.

“However this lawsuit became necessary after she refused to leave me alone and spread a number of lies about me and my relationship to her family on an international scale, all to benefit herself in her divorce proceedings.

“I have received countless messages, threats and insults from random persons all over the world, shaming and degrading me based on the false image of me created by Melanie.”

Lorraine claims that she met Mel and Stephen in a West Hollywood restaurant after she moved to California from her native Germany in 2009 at the age of 18.

She alleges that within days Mel had invited her back to her home and the trio had “consensual group sex” together, being offered a job as nanny for Mel’s three daughters, Madison, Angel, and Phoenix, six months later.

Mel is said to have helped Lorraine obtain a visa for the US and she was paid $6,666 a month by the star.

Mel has filed five separate legal motions against Lorraine in a bid to strike her libel lawsuit out of court.
