Harry Styles 'calls off' Tess Ward romance

Well, this is one celebrity romance that was over almost as quickly as it started, with Harry Styles reportedly calling off his speculated romance with food blogger Tess Ward just over a month after they were first linked together.

The pair hit the headlines in the beginning of May, with fans raising eyebrows over the legitimacy of their romance when Tess attended Harry’s secret London concert shortly afterwards but avoided spending time with his family, who were also at the gig.

Tess then lashed out at Harry’s fans, urging them to “be kind” to her, whilst many accused her of savouring the attention that being linked to Harry had given her.

And speaking to Now magazine, a source has claimed that that was exactly the case – with Tess standing accused of loving the publicity of her high-profile romance.

Explaining that the pair had split, a source shared: “Tess is mortified. She loves Harry, finds him wildly attractive and loves all the attention their relationship has brought her.

“Her brand is all about visibility and suddenly her followers have rocketed in a way she could never have foreseen.”

Shortly after being linked to Harry, Tess sparked backlash when she ‘liked’ an Instagram comment that dubbed the One Direction fandom as “childish af [as f*ck]”.

A user had left the comment on one of Tess’ videos, with the star promptly liking it before hiding all comments on the post.

Despite the apparent dig, which was screenshot and soon sent around social media, Tess took to her Instagram page shortly later to urge all of her new followers to “be nice” to her, writing in the caption for one of her food posts: “Brunch for dinner is never a bad idea on the weekend!

“Also for everyone following and messaging me, I am thankful but please be kind to me.

“All I want is to share beautiful food with you all.”

True to form, notoriously private Harry has not commented on any speculation that he was romantically involved with Tess, or that they have now split up.
