Cheryl is 'worried' that Sarah Harding will dish the dirt on Celebrity Big Brother

Earlier this week it was reported that the ‘official’ Celebrity Big Brother line-up had leaked, revealing nine of the stars who had signed up for the new series of the show, which kicks off next week.

One of the celebrities listed was former Girls Aloud star Sarah Harding, and it has now been reported that her bandmate of 11 years, Cheryl, is “worried” that she’ll bring up some of her most “personal” secrets in the show.

The two women first met back in 2002 on Pop Stars: The Rivals, going on to win the show as two fifths of the girl band Girls Aloud.

The group stayed together until 2013, with Sarah and Cheryl’s friendship already believed to a bit on the frosty side.

Now an insider has revealed that Sarah’s upcoming CBB stint has added even more tension to the pair’s fraught relationship, telling Closer magazine: “Cheryl isn’t very happy at the prospect of Sarah going on CBB.

“She’s worried that Sarah can be a bit unpredictable at times and is concerned about what she might say about her.

“The last thing she wants is for Sarah top betray her trust and start talking about her on such a high-profile reality series.”

And Cheryl’s boyfriend, Liam Payne, feels the same, with the source adding: “Liam is very protective of Cheryl, and anything that could upset her – such as her past being dragged up again – will upset him too and she desperately doesn’t want that to happen.”

As well as Sarah, TOWIE star Pete Wicks, former EastEnders’ actor Shaun Williamson, and Gogglebox’s Sandi Bogle have all been linked to the show.
