James Arthur slams Ed Sheeran, Zayn Malik and Justin Bieber in extraordinary rant

If you thought that James Arthur’s grand return to the music scene was going to be without the X Factor winner’s trademark controversy and rants then really you should have known better.

The star has shocked his followers after an extraordinary rant, which saw James throw shade at chart-toppers such as Ed Sheeran, Zayn Malik and Justin Bieber.

James has gone off on one again.

Yikes… Although we highly doubt that James’ comments will be keeping them up at night.

Speaking to The Sun, James hinted that global superstar Ed was “fake” and that he didn’t have to work as hard to find success.

He explained: “I’m not saying none of these guys are talented, but people think Ed Sheeran crawled off a couch and lived on the street or something but him, Ellie Goulding… they all come from Suffolk, Surrey, Richmond…

James claims Louis Tomlinson told him Zayn is keeping tabs.

“They come from support. I think Sam Smith’s dad got a huge loan or something to help his career.

“Those things can help artists get attention… but I guess my song ‘Say You Won’t Let Go’ proved it’s about the song.”

As well as questioning Ed’s journey to the top, James also reckons that the likes of Bieber and Zayn are copying him in a bid to be him.

He moaned: “I think Justin Bieber and Zayn have both been listening to me a lot and they basically want to be me.

Justin was also in James’ firing line.

“There’s a couple of tracks of Zayn’s where he ad libs.

“I asked Louis Tomlinson whether he’s been listening to me and he said, ‘Yeah, he’s been lurking.'”

Hm, with the amount of fame and success that Zayn and Justin have achieved on their own, we highly doubt that they’re too jealous of James’ career – but we certainly don’t want to be the ones to tell him that.
