Fox News host under fire after suggesting Donald Trump kills Snoop Dogg

Fox News are known for being incredibly conservative and more than a little bit controversial, however, the news channel appeared to reach new lows when host Kimberly Guilfoyle suggested that President Donald Trump should enlist the Secret Service to kill Snoop Dogg and Bow Wow.

No, really, we’re not kidding.

Guilfoyle has been left less than impressed by the rappers’ latest music video for track ‘Lavendar’, with the vid seeing Snoop mock-assassinate a clown resembling Trump with a gun that reveals a ‘BANG’ flag when the trigger is pulled.

Trump was unimpressed with this scene in Snoop’s music video.

Needless to say, Republicans everywhere were unhappy with the footage, with Trump himself tweeting: “Can you imagine what the outcry would be if @SnoopDogg, failing career and all, had aimed and fired the gun at President Obama? Jail time!”

Bow Wow, Snoop’s protege, hit back in a now-deleted commented: “Ayo @realDonaldTrump shut you punk ass up talking s*** about my uncle @SnoopDogg before we pimp your wife and make her work for us.”

Yikes.

We’re pretty sure that no other President has had a high-profile Twitter feud with two rappers…

Bow Wow leaped to Snoop’s defence.

However, things got even more heated during Thursday’s Fox News with Greg Gutfeld asking Guilfoyle what the Secret Service should do about Snoop only for Guilfoyle to reply: “Kill them?” before re-affirming: “Kill them.”

She continued: “I think it would be fantastic if Snoop and wannabe-Snoop got a visit from, like, the federal marshals, and let’s see how tough and gangster they are then.

“Honestly this is horrible behaviour… what a double standard, this would never fly, there would be outrage all over the place if somebody said this [about Michelle Obama].”

Kimberly Guilfoyle’s comments have sparked outrage.

Needless to say, the ongoing tension between law enforcement in the US and the black community made Guilfoyle’s comments all the more unnerving, with it being all-too-common for black men to be shot by the police.

Taking to Twitter, those who saw the comments shared their outrage, writing:

Snoop has not responded to either Trump’s or Guilfoyle’s comments.
