Jeremy Kyle leaves his girlfriend in economy as he flies in first class

Let’s be honest, very few people enjoy flying.

Especially long-haul and especially in economy, so you’d be forgiven for thinking that if you were on the arm of a pretty famous TV personality you’d be waving goodbye to the days of slumming it with the commoners in the cheaper part of the plane.

Unless, of course, the celeb in question is Jeremy Kyle, who reportedly left his girlfriend, Vicky Burton, in a lower class as he flew home from Barbados in the luxury of first.

Yikes.

Jeremy hit the headlines last year when he divorced his wife of 13 years, Carla Germaine, in February before shacking up with his three kids’ former nanny.

TV presenter Jezza has been accused of being ‘tight’.

The pair had jetted off for a sun-drenched holiday in the Caribbean and were flying home with British Airways, with fellow passengers spotting the TV presenter ditch his partner in favour of a more luxurious flight.

The eye-witness dished to The Sun: “We were about to fly back from Barbados, I was reading the paper and there was the story about Jeremy and his new girlfriend.

“As I looked up I saw him on the flight chatting to the girlfriend. He got her settled into her seat and then he went to first class and she stayed there. She was on her own for the whole flight.

“I thought at the time it seemed a bit tight. It was about £3,000 a seat where we were sitting and I think first class was £9,000.”

Jeremy has not commented on the reports, however, on Monday he confirmed that he was “very happy” in his new relationship during an appearance on Loose Women, going on to tell the hosts: “New relationship, new chapter, thank you very much.”

Vicky used to look after Jeremy and Carla’s three children, 12-year-old Alice, 11-year-old Ava, and seven-year-old Henry, working for the family for nine years before quitting her job nine months ago.
