Featured speakers Dr. Cyril Wecht and Ricky Williams will conclude the inaugural conference with a keynote address on Saturday, April 22, from 3 - 5 p.m.

Concussions and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) are thought to be the primary cause of Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE), a dreaded condition of the brain associated with repeated head trauma that has made national sports headlines.

Dr. Wecht strongly supports the official legislation of therapeutic utilization of cannabinoids for appropriate medical conditions. Several states, including Pennsylvania, have adopted such legislation," he explained.
