See inside Lorraine Kelly's stunning mansion as star puts Dundee home on the market
Lorraine Kelly has put her beautiful seven-bedroom Dundee home on the market for £825,000, with the TV star buying the three-floor 1927 mansion in 2010.
Located in swanky Broughty Ferry, Savills estate agents describe the home as “one of the finest houses in the area”, with the pad boasting a Jacuzzi, wine cellar, summer house, and a huge private garden.
Glasgow-born Lorraine also enjoys two sitting rooms complete with bay windows and wooden floors and a large drawing room with an open fireplace.
The 57-year-old had modernised some aspects of the home since buying it, however, she opted to keep original features such as panelling, pitch pine door and staircase, cornices and fireplaces.
The en suite master bedroom is on the first floor, as well as four other bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room.
The second floor includes another two bedrooms and a bathroom – that comes complete with a Jacuzzi.
The garden includes a paved courtyard and a hot tub, with Savills describing the house’s layout as “ideal for both modern family living and for entertaining.
“The finish and presentation throughout is exceptional.”
Lorraine lives in Dundee with her husband of 25 years, Steve Smith, the couple have one grown-up daughter together – 23-year-old Rosie.
