Simone Biles can take off sweatpants with her feet while doing a handstand ... in less than a minute (video)
Social distancing has brought us another example of just how absurdly strong and athletic Simone Biles is.
Biles posted a video of herself doing a “handstand challenge” on Twitter. It’s challenging enough for all of us regular people to do a handstand. And Biles has taken this about sixteen levels above a simple handstand.
She can, somehow, take her sweatpants off with her feet while she’s doing a handstand. And she can do it all under a minute without falling over. Take a look at this freakish coordination.

It would be funny if Biles’ “challenge” spawned hundreds of videos of normal people trying to recreate her video. I know that I would spend too much time watching people fall over while attempting to do this.
If our social distancing keeps up — and it sure looks like it will for the foreseeable future so that we can keep the spread of the coronavirus in the United States as minimal as possible — Biles may be able to cut her sweatpants time down to 30 seconds pretty soon and add a backflip in at the end. While that sounds like an absurdly unrealistic goal, would anyone really be surprised if Biles could end up doing it?
