The Denver Nuggets are trading forward Wilson Chandler to the Philadelphia 76ers, league sources told Yahoo Sports.

Chandler is in the final year of a four-year extension and will earn $12.8 million next season.

The 76ers have the salary space to absorb Chandler, a starting-caliber small forward who averaged 10 points, 5.4 rebounds and 2.2 assists last season.

In 11 seasons with New York and Denver, Chandler, 31, has averaged 13.5 points and 5.4 rebounds.

He was the 23rd overall pick in the 2007 NBA draft out of DePaul.
