5 Things We Saw at New York Fashion Week: Day 4

In our continuing coverage of New York Fashion Week, we're rounding up the top five things that catch our eye each day. Follow us on Twitter and check back from now through Thursday, February 16 for our top Fashion Week picks and you won't miss a thing.

1. Military chic at Victoria Beckham. Who knew epaulets and army green could be so sexy? (We also saw David Beckham backstage but were too busy drooling to take a picture.)

2. Feline fatales at Catherine Malandrino. The French designer was inspired by the 1982 film "Cat People" starring Nastassja Kinski (David Bowie sang the movie's theme). Sephora makeup artists created a graphic cat eye while Moroccanoil stylists gave models a slicked back 'do.

3. Florals for fall at Tracy Reese. Tropical prints will be a big trend for spring, but who says they must be reserved for warmer months? We love how Reese extended the life of this wild fabric by adding dark sleeves.

4. Classic NYC at DKNY.
Head to toe black is very common here in New York City, and we're eager to get our hands on the pulled-together dark separates shown at DKNY. With the added belt, this leather-embellished coat becomes a flippy dress.

5. Love is in the air at Diane von Furstenberg. We're smitten with this Valentine's Day appropriate outfit. An impeccable pale pink suit, sexy red sweater, and cheeky heart-shaped clutch? We're using this photo for inspiration come Tuesday.
