Is Miley Cyrus a Major Stoner?
Did Miley Cyrus as good as admit that she's a huge pothead at her 19th birthday party?

This is a question that's come up before, but in light of a video that surfaced from Miley Cyrus' 19th birthday party last week, it's time to ask it again: Is Hannah Montana a huge stoner?
You probably all remember that time last December when Miley was caught taking hits from an impressively large bong. She later claimed that she was smoking an herb called salvia, not pot; but we're not really sure that's much better, since salvia tends to bring on some intense hallucinations when smoked. The video of this particular instance featured Miley freaking out over things that weren't actually there, so she can probably speak to that herself.
And now there's this little gem. Miley turned 19 last Wednesday, and according to People, she celebrated with a birthday party thrown by her buddy Kelly Osbourne at Beacher's Madhouse at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. This was what happened when Miley's friends presented her with her birthday cake, courtesy of The Daily:
Yep: Not only did they get her a cake that looked like Bob Marley, but even better, she responded by saying, "You know you're a stoner when your friends make you a Bob Marley cake." Did Miley as good as admit that she's a stoner?
Survey mostly says yes, though good ol' Kelly O. followed up the media explosion about the party with the following Tweet:
She went on to say:
Well... there have been some pretty high-functioning users on harder stuff than pot in the entertainment industry in the past, so it's entirely possible that she could. That aside, though, here's the bigger issue: This is all normal teenage stuff. There's nothing wrong with being a teenager. Mostly what bugs me, though-and I've written about this before, but here we go again-is that every time something like this happens, Miley and/or her camp make up some extremely thin "explanations" as to what was "actually" going on. Miley? A word of advice: Just own it. Everyone will have much more respect for you if you do. Obviously you probably shouldn't become so much of a pothead that you can't function, but again, you're a teenager, and you ARE allowed to do normal teenage stuff. Just stop making all of these goofy excuses. You're not fooling anyone.
