X Factor Girls Turn Down 'Raunchy' Clothing

X Factor hopefuls Amelia Lily and Janet Devlin have revealed that they turned down some of the clothes they were meant to wear in this Saturday's live show.

The girls will reveal their popstar makeovers during the first live show tomorrow (Oct 8) and producers were reportedly keen to have the style team make the girls look as sexy as possible. However, aged just sixteen, Amelia was not happy.

"They have been dressing me in outfits and have had to take me out of some as they were too revealing because of my age. It's better to be careful." she told The Sun.

This morning saw something else for the girls to worry about when the big X Factor twist was revealed.

"Amelia may be 16 but she knows what image she wants to project. She knows young children watch the show." a source added.

A show spokesman said: "Amelia wasn't comfortable. It was a joint decision to change them."
