Good News For Kate Middleton Fans: Reiss Is Reissuing The Dress From Her Engagement Photos!

If you were one of the gajillion girls who were left disappointed when you went searching for Kate Middleton's last very public dress--that now-famous blue Issa number she wore when the royal engagement was announced--but found it sadly sold out everywhere, then we've got great news!
The white ruffled dress that Kate wore for the couple's official engagement photos, which were shot by famed fashion photographer Mario Testino, will soon be reissued by Reiss, the UK company who made it. According to The Cut, the dress was originally part of the fall 2009 collection, which means it's no longer in stores, so the brand is smartly putting it out again as part of its spring 2011 offerings. The "Nanette" dress will hit stores in January 2011.
Reiss, which is kind of like Zara-meets-Gucci--a brilliant blend of mid-priced basics and serious glamour factor--has a few stores in the US (click here to find out if there's one near you!) and e-commerce that ships anywhere in the states, so it'll be a piece of cake to look like the princess-to-be come January. And while some high-profile women are all about designer labels, we're loving the fact that Kate wears a totally realistic mix of High Street and affordable, off-the-rack stuff. If her very democratic wardrobe thus far is any indication, we may be looking at the continuing legacy of the people's princess...
