Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen Complete 22,000-Square-Foot Mansion … and It’s Got a Moat!
If you were already envious of Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen, with their ridiculous good looks, successful and very fun-sounding careers (NFL player! Supermodel!), cute kids, and big bank accounts, well, here’s the latest thing that will surely annoy you: The dynamic duo is about to move into a 22,000-square-foot mansion that cost a reported $20 million.
And not to worry, Bundchen, 32, and Brady, 35, won’t have to deal with a single item in the home – from paint color to closet size – that they didn’t personally choose themselves since they had the pad built from the ground up after purchasing the land (located in the posh L.A. enclave of Brentwood) more than three years ago.
Now, it’s time to move in. Not surprisingly, the couple hasn’t asked members of the media over for cake and coffee yet, so no one’s gotten any pics inside of the compound. But as for the outside, there’s a resort-style pool and custom-built gigantic playground. (The two are parents to son Benjamin, 3, and 8-week-old daughter Vivian together, and Brady is dad to 5-year-old John with his ex Bridget Moynahan). And then there’s the amenity for the couple who has everything: a moat. Yes, really.
So, Brady’s team, the New England Patriots, didn’t quite make it to the Super Bowl this year. But watching the game from his moat-adorned mansion with his Brazilian model wife will most likely soften the blow for the famous quarterback . And there’s always next year …
