Mark Salling: There Is ‘No Truth’ to Sexual Battery Lawsuit

"Glee" star Mark Salling is being sued by a woman, Roxanne Gorzela, who claims he committed sexual battery by forcing sex without a condom, according to TMZ. The incident supposedly occured in March 2011.

Gorzela also alleges that when she went to Mark's house later to confront him about emotional distress she was suffering, he pushed her down to the ground after she found him in bed with another woman.

Now, Salling is firing back.

"There is no truth to this," Salling's rep tells omg! in an exclusive statement. "It's the textbook case of a disgruntled girl looking to cash in on a TV star's success. We turn the rest over to Mark's attorneys and have no further comment."

Sources familiar with Salling and Gorzela also tell omg! that the allegations are false. "They went out a couple times over a year ago and it's a classic case of hell hath no fury like a woman scorned," the insider says.

"The night this supposedly happened she first broke down his door to get in. There is a witness who was there who can testify to this," the source continues. "Mark would never and has never abused a woman in anyway."

In addition, omg! is told there was a police report filed by Salling the day of the incident, when Gorzela broke into his house and cops were called.

Sources say Salling's legal team is planning on a countersuit regardless of whether or not charges against the actor are dropped.

Two things Salling could sue for: defamation of character and abuse of process.
