Lionel Messi hugged by pitch invader during match against Atletico Madrid

Lionel Messi scored his 89th and 90th goals of this calendar year in Barcelona's 4-1 win against Atletico Madrid at the Camp Nou -- a feat that one fan thought was deserving of a hug. So, during injury time, that fan hopped out of the stands and went right for Messi, who had control of the ball near the touchline, and gave him a tender embrace before quickly being dragged away.

Messi seemed understandably stunned by what happened, but he has never been one to treat pitch invaders harshly. During an international friendly between Argentina and Germany in August, he shook hands with a German intruder and during a match against Mexico he even signed an autograph for a kid who was getting pulled away. At this rate, it's only a matter of time before he starts cooking hot meals for these trespassers and doing their taxes.
