Washington has a live tiger at practice in preparation for LSU
Washington coach Steve Sarkisian is taking the Huskies game against LSU very serious. So serious, that he decided to have a tiger come to practice.
A live tiger. A 300-pound Bengal name Sheena from Canby, Ore. A real, live tiger. Because, why not?
"I was like 'Oh, a Tiger? Why do we have a Tiger here?'" redshirt freshman linebacker Travis Feeney told the Seattle Times. "It was kind of scary at first.
"Coach wants us to get used to it so when we play them and come out of the locker we already know that it's there and there is no distraction."

Really? Sarkisian was worried about a live tiger on the opposing sideline distracting his team during the heat of the game? Personally, I think Sarkisian just wanted a tiger at practice. And really, who can blame him? He saw an opportunity to bring a tiger to practice and he took it. I have to imagine it's probably one of the coolest things to ever appear at a Washington practice
However, Seattle Times reporter Bob Condotta made a good point about Sarkisian doing a similar stunt with future opponents.
"I'm sort of scared for when they play the Nevada Wolfpack next year," Condotta tweeted.
