On Track holder Ivy plans to nominate directors to board

Jerry Lafe Ivy, Jr., owner of 9.84% of On Track Innovations’ outstanding shares, disclosed earlier this morning that he has been concerned with the On Track's "continued dismal financial performance." Ivy intends to oppose the election of On Track's three external director candidates and plans to contact shareholders to encourage them to vote against the nominees. Ivy stated he is consulting with legal counsel to determine if the individuals so nominated "satisfy the requirements of external directors under Israel’s laws and regulations." Ivy intends to nominate directors for election to On Track's board of directors.
