Amanda Bynes' car trouble continues.

The actress has been accused of a hit-and-run after allegedly rear-ending a woman in the San Fernando Valley and then driving away without giving the woman her insurance information, TMZ reports.

Amanda Bynes charged with DUI, pleads with President Obama to fire cop who arrested her

The woman, identified only as Kisa, filed a police report Saturday and told TMZ that she was driving on Ventura Boulevard when she was struck by a woman in a black BMW. After the two began talking, Kisa says she realized the person who hit her was Bynes.

Although the woman pulled out her insurance information, she says Bynes declined to do the same and apparently noted that the damage didn't look very bad. Bynes then said there was no need to exchange information, even though Kisa says there was "significant damage" to Bynes' BMW. Bynes then left the scene and Kisa called the police, who took a hit-and-run report.

An email to Bynes' rep was not immediately returned.

Bynes was arrested on suspicion of a DUI on April 6 when she allegedly hit a police car in West Hollywood. She pled not guilty.
