Abercrombie bans loyal customer for buying too many clothes (video)

Why Did the Paycheck Fairness Act Get Voted Down?

By Joanna Douglas, Shine Staff

You'd think a retailer would be grateful for their loyal customers, but Kim Navarra who spends around $1,000 a year from Abercrombie & Fitch was actually banned from shopping there. The San Francisco woman fills her closet with jeans, sweatshirts, and tees from the preppy outfitter, usually placing orders online since there is no shop close by. But when she recently tried to use a $200 gift card, Abercrombie rejected her order and said they would no longer accept orders from her in the future. The reason? She had purchased so many clothes, the company assumed she was reselling it.

Watch the video below for the full store, as reported by ABC.

Do you think it was fair for Abercrombie to automatically reject Navarra's order, or could they have been more sensitive towards their loyal customer?
