Tiger Woods still the British Open betting favorite at Royal Lytham and St Annes

It's time to put your money where your mouth is, friends. After spending the last couple weeks looking at the lines and crunching numbers, we're only a few days away from the start of golf's oldest major championship — the British Open (or Open Championship).

As expected, Tiger Woods is still the betting favorite in Vegas at 8/1, with Rory McIlroy coming in a close second at 10/1. Despite his injury scare a couple weeks back at the French Open, Lee Westwood is still at 12/1, with Luke Donald coming in at a respectable 15/1.

If you don't like the taste of chalk, there are some big names with big odds on the board, including Geoff Ogilvy at 125/1 and Miguel Angel Jimenez at 150/1.

If you happen to be across the pond for the British Open, make sure you pop into a betting parlor and place a couple bets (it's legal, after all). Don't forget: Darren Clarke was 125/1 to win last year at Royal St. Georges, so anything is possible.

Here's a rundown of Las Vegas Hotel and Casino's top 10 to win the British Open (the rest of the odds, as well as matchups come after the jump):
