The settlement, which has been deemed confidential, concerns an injury suffered during the Poison frontman's 2009 performance on the show that allegedly caused a brain hemorrhage months later, nearly killing him. The incident was televised live and soon became a viral hit on the internet.

Michaels' dispute with the Tony Awards -- which has previously denied wrongdoing in the incident -- was that the show's producers did not inform him how to safely exit the stage following his performance.
