Bob Costas out for a third day with eye infection, Matt Lauer remains in
For a third straight day, Matt Lauer will helm NBC's primetime Sochi Olympics coverage as Bob Costas continues to recover from an eye infection.
We've noted the original infection and Matt Lauer's subsequent gracious comments. The secondary stories are starting to trickle in, like Sage Kotsenburg joking that he's the one who gave Costas the infection, and the Washington Post has taken the opportunity to remind us that it's OK to call in sick to work every now and then.

Other than that? Honestly, we've got nothing else to report. So we're going to leave you today with a collection of Bob Costas, retouched. Enjoy.
