Usher Accused of Sleeping With Ex-Wife’s Bridesmaid

The custody battle between Usher and his ex-wife gets uglier every day. On Wednesday, while the "Climax" singer was on the stand for the second day in a row, he was accused of sleeping with one of Tameka Foster's bridesmaids during their two-year marriage. Usher was being cross-examined about his complaint that his ex brings nannies he doesn't know in and out of the lives of their two young sons, Usher V, 4, and Naviyd, 3, when Foster's lawyer discounted his claim, saying that one of the nannies in question had worked for him during a trip to Miami. Usher, appearing confused, responded, "I don't know what you're talking about. What are you referring to?" So the lawyer reminded him. "When Ms. Williams [the nanny] left Miami because you were discovered in bed with Maya Fox-Davis … do you remember that?"

According to a source who talked to TMZ, Davis was a bridesmaid for Foster when she exchanged vows with the now-33-year-old R&B superstar in 2007. Strangely, an online portfolio created in 2009 for a Maya Fox-Davis lists Usher under her "work" profile. Of course, as soon as Foster's attorney make the accusation, Usher's lawyer jumped in to object. "Your honor … we are not talking divorce. This is absolutely irrelevant."

Wednesday was the final day in court for the custody battle, which will go into recess until July. And Usher could probably use the break. The "Confessions" singer broke down in tears on Tuesday when Foster's attorney accused him of preferring partying over parenting. Usher was also grilled about his drug use. Although he testified that he has smoked pot, his lawyer objected to further questioning about ecstasy.

On Monday, he described a physical encounter he and his new girlfriend/manager Grace Miguel had with Foster when he showed up at her house to see his sons. Although Miguel stayed in the car, which was parked down the street, Foster spotted her as Usher was leaving, opened the passenger side car door and threatened, "I'm going to kick your ass, you b---h." Usher also testified that Foster spat on Miguel, attacked him when he intervened, and finally "threw her plate of food" at his car as he drove off. Foster, 41, admitted that she did tell her ex, "I will f--k you up," but only out of frustration over his lack of interest in being a full-time father. "He's gone for months at a time and comes back traipsing in with his girlfriend," she said. "It was embarrassing."
