The Cosby Sweater Project
The first of many "Cosby sweaters" as worn on the pilot episode of "The Cosby Show."-
The Cosby Show is one of our favorite shows of all time. We loved Cliff Huxtable's (played by Bill Cosby) jokes, Claire's (played by Phylicia Rashad ) amazing balance of work and home, and of course, Denise Huxtable's (played by Lisa Bonet) fashion risks. Over the years, people have joked about Cliff's famous "Cosby sweaters," but we never realized until now that all the Huxtables wore some pretty outrageous knitwear on TV. A new blog called "The Cosby Sweater Project" showcases the best sweaters the Huxtable family wore in each episode, along with a sketched rendering blogger Kelly Tucker creates of each pattern. It's really fun to look at, because there were some doozies! So far the blog is midway through season 2. Check out our faves, and head over to the original Tumblr for more.
