In his 13-year MLB career, Dmitri Young was a two-time All-Star, the 2007 Comeback Player of the Year and posted a lifetime batting average of .292. He also quietly compiled the finest collection of baseball rookie cards in the country. Young has about 500 rookie cards graded perfect Gem Mint 10s by Professional Sports Authenticators, and he plans to sell the cards to launch a foundation for youth baseball players in Ventura County, Calif.
