La Tortilla Factory Smart & Delicious Low Carb High Fiber Large Tortillas

Like extra-thin pizza crust? Then these tortillas will most likely become a staple in your home. Each one has just 80 calories and 3 grams of fat, plus a whopping 12 grams of fiber and 8 grams of protein. Bake one until slightly crispy, and top with your favorite guilt-free sauce, cheese, and toppings. Then just bake until hot. Awesomeness!

Light String Cheese

While part-skim shredded mozzarella isn't bad, light string cheese is better. It's super-low in calories and fat (about 60 calories and 2.5 grams of fat per stick), and it has built-in portion control -- just the right amount for a personal pizza! It also tastes great and melts perfectly. Break a stick into thirds, toss into a food processor or blender, and pulse until shredded/grated. (Or just tear it into pieces and roughly chop.)

Whole-Wheat or High-Fiber Pita

When topped with pizza-friendly items and baked until crispy, a pita can be the perfect guilt-free crust! It's sturdier than a tortilla -- great if you prefer a thicker crust. For a full-on meal, try it with meaty toppings and a side salad (light dressing on the side; dip, don't pour!). Or stick with just cheese and veggie toppings for a fun snack. Look for pitas with 125 calories or less each.

Pillsbury Classic Pizza Crust Dough

We highly recommend trying out the crust alternatives mentioned above. But if you want to keep things traditional, this refrigerated dough in a can is the way to go. It's great for making pizza for a crowd. And even though the label says it makes 6 servings, if you roll it out a little thinner, you can easily get 8 servings -- each with about 120 calories and 1.5 grams of fat. Oddly enough, Pillsbury's Thin Crust dough has more fat, so stick with the Classic.

Amy's Organic Chunky Tomato Bisque

While jarred low-fat marinara sauce is great, this canned soup is actually an incredible pizza sauce swap. It's slightly sweet and creamy, all-natural, and exploding with rich tomato flavor. All you need is a quarter-cup (which has less than 35 calories and about 1 gram of fat) to sauce up a single-serving pizza. There's even a Light in Sodium version, for those of you watching your salt intake.

Hormel Turkey Pepperoni

Grab a bag of this stuff at the supermarket and you'll save fat grams and calories without having to sacrifice flavor. Nice! You get a huge serving (17 slices) for just 70 calories and 4 grams of fat. Hormel also makes Turkey Pepperoni Minis (bite-sized pieces) if you want to go light on the pepp'.

Jimmy Dean Fully Cooked Hearty Turkey Sausage Crumbles

For meaty pizza, add a scoop of these precooked seasoned crumbles. Each 2/3-cup serving has just 90 calories and 4 grams of fat, plus 11 grams of filling protein. Guilt-free breakfast pizza, anyone?
