Demi Moore is seeking treatment for "exhaustion" after being hospitalized on Monday night.

According to TMZ, paramedics were called to the 49-year-old actress' Los Angeles home after a 911 call was placed at approximately 10:45 p.m. Paramedics reportedly gave Moore medical assistance for 30 minutes before transporting her to a local hospital.

While TMZ's source says that the "Margin Call" star is being treated for substance abuse, her rep released this statement: "Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health. She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends."

Moore certainly has been under quite a bit of stress lately. In November, she announced that she was divorcing Ashton Kutcher, 33, after six years of marriage. Hinting at rumors of his infidelity, the actress had this to say about her decision: "As a woman, a mother and a wife, there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life."
