Statistics say about 750,000 U.S. teenagers will get pregnant this year, and 80% of the pregnancies will be unplanned. Dr. Drew sits down with MTV's "Teen Moms" -- Catelynn, Maci and Kailyn -- as they discuss their lives like never before.

Drew and all three young moms host a town hall meeting with fellow teens at a local Los Angeles high school, where they answer questions about sex, prevention techniques and motherhood.
