Ant And Dec To Sign A New £30Million Contract With ITV

Ant and Dec are arguably the biggest TV presenters in the UK, so it’s no real surprise that ITV are willing to do whatever it takes to keep them exclusively on their channels.

But we have to admit, the Geordie duo’s new contract did make our eyes water a little bit…

According to new reports, the pair are all set to sign a new three-year contract with ITV following months of negotiations, with the deal being worth a whopping £30million.

Wow.

Both sides are apparently keen to finalise the finer details before Ant and Dec head off to Australia in October for the new series of ‘I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here’.

Speaking to The Mirror, Ant explained: “Let’s be honest, it is close. We have had people come and discuss stuff with us but we love ITV and all the programmes we make there and they want us to stay.

"Before we go to Oz we want to sort it out.”

Dec added: “We are not on the dotted line yet but we want to stay and they want us to stay. It is just ironing out all the bits and bobs. It will have to be signed before we go to Oz because then we will be at the end of the year, and we are fairly close.”

Together the pair present some of ITV’s biggest shows, including Britain’s Got Talent and I’m A Celeb, but they went on to tease that they also have some other ideas up their sleeves - but they can’t tell us about them yet.

Whatever they are, we’re sure they’ll be incredible.
