Kris Jenner Shares Adorable Contract Signed By 12-Year-Old Khloe Kardashian

In case you missed the fanfare all over social media, yesterday Khloe Kardashian turned 32 years old.

The star’s famous family rallied to their Instagram account to share heartfelt messages and emotional throwbacks of Khloe, but it was her mum Kris Jenner who really cranked up the nostalgia levels.

After wishing her daughter a happy birthday the family matriarch took to social media to share a photo of a contract that Khloe had signed twenty years ago.

Kris explained that the star’s late father, Robert Kardashian, had made her sign the “Agreement Not To Grow Up”, which also teased that she would never become like her two older sisters, Kourtney and Kim.

The full contract read: “This agreement executed on June 27, 1996, my 12th birthday:

"I, Khloe Kardashian, a wonderful and loving daughter of Robert Kardashian, agree that I will always stay as sweet and wonderful as I am today.

"I agree that I will not ever become like my 2 older sisters, Kourtney and Kimberly.

"I agree that I will always hug and kiss my Daddy, always love animals and always do everything my Daddy tells me to.

"In exchange for you staying as sweet as you are, Daddy agrees to love you more and more each year.”

Khloe had signed the agreement with her full name and Kris was clearly overcome with emotion as she explained in the caption: “On @khloekardashian ’s 12th birthday she signed this agreement her Daddy drafted for her!

"So so sweet and such a reflection of both of their hilarious senses of humor…such an amazing bond of Love…#happybirthdaykhloe #wemissyourobert #daddysgirl #memoriestolastalifetime”.

Robert was a bigshot lawyer, leaving us to believe that this contract is 100% legally binding… Good thing Khloe stuck to it, eh?
