Paris Jackson Defends Dad Michael On Anniversary Of His Death

Today marks the seven-year anniversary of superstar Michael Jackson’s tragic death and his daughter Paris has had to spend the lead up to this sad day in perhaps the worst way possible.

The eighteen-year-old has been left furious after a series of news publications released fresh stories that accused Michael of having “young male erotica” and “bondage photos” in his home.

Paris was understandably devastated by the allegations and took to her Twitter account to hit back.

The teen wrote: “Unfortunately negativity will always sell. I urge you all to ignore the trash & the parasites who make a career trying to slander my father.

"The most pure people are always torn down.. It will continue to be proven that my beloved dad has always been and forever will be innocent.”

She went on to directly respond to a tweet from the Daily Mail, writing: “@DailyMailCeleb Go ahead, attack a dead legend who can’t defend himself anymore. It’s pathetic and downright evil. You’ll burn for this.”

Her cousin Taj Jackson also tweeted Huffington Post, chastising them for publishing the story, with Paris admitting that the whole family were incredibly “disappointed” in the coverage.

Paris has always been supportive of her father and suffered immensely when he suddenly passed away, recently getting two tattoos in his honour and revealing that the ink also covered her self-harm scars.

We can only hope that the family are able to unite together today in order to remember Michael away from the glare of these allegations.
