WATCH: 10 Ways to Experience Disney World During the Holidays

From Christmas parties to fireworks and even a dancing light show, here are 10 ways to make the most of your visit to Walt Disney World this holiday season.

Let’s start with Magic Kingdom

1. Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is the place to be this holiday season. The party happens on select nights in Magic Kingdom through December 9th, and you have to buy tickets to get in. Come early. The party starts at 7pm ,but you can show up as early as 4pm to start your fun.

2. Find the candy canes dispersed throughout park, that’s where you can score free cookies and hot chocolate.

3. You can’t use Fast passes at the party. So to avoid lines, ride the rides during the character parade on Main Street USA. Don’t worry, there’s another parade later in the night…with a smaller crowd!

4. For the first time ever, the characters from Frozen are joining in on the holiday. Get there at dusk to see Elsa Transform Cinderella Castle into a glistening Ice palace during the “A Frozen Holiday Wish” stageshow.

5. The nightly fireworks show features special Christmas music and holiday themed items. For the best view, stand behind the middle area.

Now on to Epcot!

6. At the Candlelight Processional you can hear the story of Christmas read by celebrities like Neil Patrick Harris and Whoopi Goldberg. Attendance is on a first come first serve basis, so get there early if you want to see the show.

7. Gingerbread Village is a popular place to visit at Epcot. But to see even more gingerbread creations, check out special gingerbread creations at the deluxe resorts like The Contemporary, or Grand Floridian.

8. Looking for a little inspiration? “Joyful: A Gospel Celebration of the Season” appears daily during the holidays at the Future World Fountain Stage.

And Finally Hollywood Studios

The Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights (Brittany Jones-Cooper)

9. With its millions of colorful lights and animated displays, you’ve never seen anything quite like the Osbourne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights.

10. And finally, “Let it Go” at the Frozen Sing-a-long celebration. Watch Elsa and Anna perform the 30-minute show multiple times daily at the Premiere Theatre

And there’s also a large play area outside of the show with Real Snow…in Florida! Who knew?!
