Kate Winslet thinks straddling a career and motherhood is a laborious task, but you won't hear her complaining about it.

In the new issue of Marie Claire, the 38-year-old "Labor Day" star, who has three children, chastises actresses who grouse about the struggle of being a working Hollywood mother.

"We've heard a lot from actresses recently about how difficult it is," Winslet said. "But we should never be saying that it's difficult because we are so bloody lucky. It's just not an OK thing to share. It's always a juggle, but isn't it for every working mother?"

In March, Gwyneth Paltrow was criticized after she told E! that working an office job was easier than being at home. And in May, Emma Thompson was chastised for telling The Daily Mail that working women couldn't be "great" mothers. That same month Debra Messing also admitted to The Huffington Post that it was much "harder" to be a working mom than she had expected.

Winslet had daughter Mia in 2000, first son Joe in 2003, and second son Bear in 2013. In that time, she has acted in 23 films and three TV projects. Funnily enough, Winslet herself admitted that balancing motherhood and work was demanding when she spoke to The Daily Mail in 2009 after deciding to take time off to look after her kids.

"I want to be a mum - not a mum who's at work all the time," she said. "It's a lot to juggle: to be the wife that you want to be to your husband, to be the mother that you need to be to your kids - to do the school run every day and be there for all the crucial moments of their growing-up - and also to be able to do a job like acting, which demands so much of your emotional self, and to be able to give yourself to it wholeheartedly."

Since 2013, however, Winslet has been back in the full-time acting game, releasing two movies a year. Look out for her in "Insurgent" (the sequel to "Divergent" out in March 2015.
