The new Mr. and Mrs. George Clooney are reportedly enjoying their honeymoon bliss in Marrakesh, Morocco, and they are apparently sparing no expense. The mystical city is fast becoming a celebrity wedding and honeymoon hotspot. The Editor in Chief of Yahoo Travel, Paula Froelich, dished about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s honeymoon in Malta.
“Since they got married in France, Brad and Angie and the entire clan of children, nannies, and you name it has been in Malta,” said Paula. “They rented out 12 villas on the island of Gozo, setting them back $230,000.”
The private island of Gozo is known for its stunning Mediterranean beaches, caves, and lagoons. It was also the perfect backdrop for the couple, as they are shooting a movie there together.
