Spindle Inks Partnership With iConnect

Deal Enables Spindle to Provide Payment Processing Services to iConnect's National Merchant Accounts

SCOTTSDALE, AZ--(Marketwired - May 12, 2014) - Spindle, Inc., (OTCQB: SPDL), a leading provider of mobile commerce solutions, announced it has reached an agreement with iConnect, a global provider of software-based point-of-sale (POS) solutions, to provide merchant aggregation and payment processing services to iConnect's US-based merchants. Through this arrangement, iConnect will leverage Spindle's instant merchant approval process to expedite and board merchants on the Spindle payments platform.
