Impax Laboratories CEO to retire
Impax Laboratories President and CEO Larry Hsu to retire, replacement search team named
HAYWARD, Calif. (AP) -- The CEO of Impax Laboratories Inc. announced plans to retire Tuesday.
Larry Hsu will remain with the company until a replacement is hired. He also will remain on the company's board after a successor is named, Impax said.
Impax named a three-person search committee, which includes Hsu, to find and hire a replacement.
Hsu helped guide the company from its founding in 1994, becoming CEO in 2006.
