Gray Fox Petroleum Corporation Executes Letter of Intent for First Graffiti Junktion Franchised Location
ORLANDO, FL / ACCESSWIRE / January 5, 2016 / Gray Fox Petroleum Corporation's (GFOX) CEO, Daniel Sobolewski would like to inform the shareholders that on January 4th, 2016 Gray Fox Petroleum Corp., did in fact execute a Letter of Intent (LOI), for its first "Graffiti Junktion" franchised location. GFOX has located its first location in Daytona Beach Florida, also known as the "World's Most Famous Beach." The lease for the above-mentioned location is still in the negotiation stages.
Furthermore, Gray Fox Petroleum Corporation's CEO, attended a meeting with the President and Founder of Graffiti Junktion Restaurants (Greg Peters) on Tuesday the 29th day of December, 2015 to discuss and negotiate the Franchise Agreement. Though the Agreement at this time is not executed, it is GFOX's intention to execute the Agreement by month end of January 2016. Furthermore the Company intends to acquire three (3) Franchise Licenses within the above-mentioned time frame.
