Aver Inc. Names Michele Kothe Chief Financial Officer
COLUMBUS, OH--(Marketwired - February 18, 2016) - Aver Inc., leader in helping the industry transition from fee-for-service to fee-for-value, and provider of a patented data management platform that simplifies the healthcare reimbursement process, has appointed Michele Kothe as Chief Financial Officer.
Kothe joins Aver from HealthSpot, Inc., a telemedicine company that delivers kiosks to health systems and the retail pharmacies, where she served as CFO since 2013.

Kothe brings 16 years of financial experience to her new role, with a deep background in early stage technology companies. Prior to her time at HealthSpot, she held multiple roles at Pinnacle Data Systems, Inc. and technology startup Fugent, Inc. Kothe began her career at PwC in its Assurance & Business Advisory Services practice.
