Cold Feet Cast Reunite For The First Time In Thirteen Years

The cast of popular ITV comedy-drama, Cold Feet, have reunited for the first time in thirteen years as they prepare to return to our screens in the spring.

We are trying to contain our excitement.

The hit show came to an end back in 2003 but stars Robert Bathurst, Fay Ripley, John Thomson, Hermione Norris, and James Nesbitt shared a photo after they got together for a read-through of the script ahead of filming its revival.

Unfortunately Helen Baxendale is missing from the pic, with her character, Rachel Bradley, being killed off in a car crash in the last series.

Although it was widely speculated that the Friends star might come back for flashback scenes, her former co-star has insisted that this definitely isn’t the case.

Fay appeared on Loose Women towards the end of last year and explained: “The only thing I do know is that Helen isn’t going to be doing it and that’s actually going to be the hardest thing because we are all probably going to slot back into the on set roles that we had, but Helen won’t be there.

“So it’ll be slightly odd, and she is such a lovely girl and friend of mine.”

In the early noughties Cold Feet pulled in an average of eight million viewers, winning BAFTAs alongside numerous other awards.

It will now be taking Downton Abbey’s Sunday, 9pm, slot, with producers believing that this could be the biggest comeback in television.

The show was based on the trials and tribulations of three couples in their early thirties.
