Bobbi Kristina Brown’s Townhouse for Sale for $469K, 6 Months After Her Death

Bobbi Kristina Brown’s Alpharetta, Ga., townhouse hit the market this week for $469,000, just six months after her death.

Bobbi Kristina, the only child of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, was found unresponsive in a bathtub in the townhouse on Jan. 31, 2015.

What followed was a sad saga that dragged on for six months as her family clung to hope that she may recover. She was placed in a medically induced coma and on a medical ventilator. Whitney Houston’s mother, Cissy Houston, and Brown provided the media with sometimes-conflicting reports of Bobbi Kristina’s recovery.

Although the family sent her to different hospitals to see specialists, her condition eventually deteriorated, and she died in hospice care on July 26. She was 22 years old.

Now her home has inevitably made its way to the market, the Atlanta Journal Constitution reports.

The multilevel, 2,600-square-foot brick townhouse has three bedrooms, three full baths, and one half bath.

The building is part of an exclusive gated community in Alpharetta, a popular suburb of Atlanta, which includes a clubhouse, a swimming pool, tennis courts, a park, a pet walk, and private walking trails along the Chattahoochee River, according to its listing.

The condo has a large kitchen and a master suite with a fireplace, as well as two additional suites with private baths. It also has a finished terrace.

Similar townhouses in the complex sold in the past year for prices on par with the list value, between $439,000 and $521,000. This unit was last sold in 2010 for $440,000, according to Zillow.
