Ant-Man Debuts World's Tiniest Billboard

If there are awards for creative advertising, this billboard for Marvel’s ‘Ant-Man’ should definitely win one.

The tiny, ant-sized advert was photographed in Australia and posted to Reddit by user Camsfearna. It’s since been viewed thousands of times with many people commenting “What is this? A billboard for ants?” in tribute to the hilarious “Center for kids who can’t read good” scene in ‘Zoolander’.

The miniature advertising hoarding, which the photographer says is “attached pretty firmly”, is described as “insanely detailed” with “little LEDs on it”.

In case you don’t get the gag, Marvel’s ‘Ant-Man’ features a superhero who can shrink down to the size of an insect and control ants, so to him, this is a regular-sized billboard.

The marketing department is having a ball lampooning the film’s slightly preposterous premise. The first look at the film came in a tiny, imperceptible “Ant-sized” trailer (squint at it here), while the first look at Paul Rudd in his costume came courtesy of the teaser poster below.
