Idina Menzel, the voice of Princess Elsa in Disney's record-breaking bonanza "Frozen," has been taking to heart the words she sings in "Let It Go."

Last year, she and Taye Diggs announced they were divorcing after 10 years, breaking the hearts of fans who cherished their sweet Broadway love story. (The couple met on the set of "Rent.")

And now they've sold the Los Angeles house that they bought just after the birth of their son, Walker, who turned 5 this fall.

They listed the house in July for just under $3 million. It sold for $2,555,000, about 15 percent under the asking price, the Los Angeles Times reported. They paid $2,090,000 for it in spring 2010.

The home is in the Valley, on about a third of an acre in Studio City.

One Sunday evening early last year, Diggs had just returned home from the Screen Actors Guild Awards when he discovered an intruder in the garage "looking for stuff to take."

The intruder tried to run, but Diggs pursued him and held him till the police arrived. "My little one was home, so my Papa Bear instinct took over and I gave chase," Diggs told Redbook. "I was cool in the moment, but afterward I realized what could have happened—that's when fear set in."

Maybe the family won't be entirely sorry to leave, then. As Menzel sings in "Frozen" (and might again, if her intimations of sequel plans hold true): "Let it go, let it go / Turn away and slam the door."
