Sources: Grizzlies signing JaMychal Green to 10-day contract
The Memphis Grizzlies plan to sign forward JaMychal Green to a 10-day contract, league sources told Yahoo Sports.
After spending the season with the Austin Spurs of the NBA Development League, Green completed a 10-day contract with the San Antonio Spurs recently.
Green, 24, averaged 24 points, 10 rebounds and two assists in the NBA D-League this season. Green played sparingly in his short time with San Antonio.
The Grizzlies are letting Tyrus Thomas' 10-day contract expire and won't be offering him a second one, sources said.
