SciClone Pharma names Wilson Cheung as CFO
SciClone Pharma names former Velti executive Wilson Cheung as its new CFO
FOSTER CITY, Calif. (AP) -- SciClone Pharmaceuticals Inc. said Monday that it named Wilson Cheung as its new chief financial officer.
The company said Cheung, 44, is the former chief compliance officer for the Asia-Pacific business of mobile marketing company Velti PLC. The company's former CFO, Gary Titus, stepped down earlier this year.
SciClone's main product is Zadaxin, used in the treatment of hepatitis and certain cancers. It also markets drugs developed by other companies, mainly in China.
